We’re seeking enthusiastic, patient, and committed Teaching Assistants to join our team at Ebbsfleet Green Primary School. You’ll work closely with class teachers and support staff to help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for pupils with a range of needs. About The Role

As a Teaching Assistant at Ebbsfleet Green Primary School you’ll play a vital role in supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of pupils including those with SEND. Every day brings variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. In this role, you will:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support to help pupils access learning

  • Assist with personal care needs when required, always ensuring dignity and respect

  • Help deliver creative, inclusive lessons and interventions

  • Encourage independence, build confidence, and foster a love of learning

  • Contribute to a calm, nurturing, and positive school atmosphere

Who You AreWe are looking to appoint someone who is:
  • Passionate about making a difference to children with SEND

  • Experienced in supporting pupils with ASD, speech and language needs, SEMH, or other additional needs

  • Ideally qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), with strong literacy and numeracy skills

  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team

  • Calm, empathetic, and resilient under pressure

  • Committed to continuous professional development
