The School:

Located in the semi-rural village of Swanwick on the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire border and within easy reach of the M1, Swanwick Hall is an 11-18 school with over 1,000 students situated on a beautiful 23-acre site around a Grade 2 listed Hall.

The role:

The person in this role will be required to provide timely and organised administrative support to the staff within the school. They will be keeping records up to date, using a range of software packages and producing regular reports. They will liaise with all the required stakeholders for the role, answering calls and sending out communication to staff and parents. Working with minimal supervision, ensuring all SEND tasks are completed to deadline and issues/concerns communicated to the SENDCo.

The person:

The successful candidate for this role will be organised, with strong attention to detail and have strong IT skills. They will have had experience in an administrative role, have good communication skills and maintain confidentiality. This person will have the initiative to work independently and prioritise their work load effectively.
