Cleaner

Anthony Gell School has a team of cleaners who are a mix of students, as well as staff from outside of the school environment. The team work closely together to deliver cleaning to a high standard whilst maintaining the school during term time. You will be required to work with the team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness within classrooms, corridors, offices and toilets. This will require duties such as vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of washroom areas, tables, chairs and corridors/stairs.

You will need to demonstrate a willingness to adapt and respond to emergent cleaning needs and to undertake cleaning to agreed standards. You will receive training and guidance on how to operate the equipment in a safe and effective way, using prescribed chemicals in accordance to their use.
