Job description
We are seeking skilled and experienced candidates to lead our estates and facilities function across the Trust. The role is part of our Trust Operational Leadership Team and will regularly advise the Executive Team of South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of estates and facilities, supported by relevant qualifications including health and safety. Leadership and management skills are essential for this role, and a relevant management qualification would be advantageous. The post is based in Liskeard, with travel to other sites in South East Cornwall being a regular part of the role.
The role is part of the Trust Shared Services Team working with a team of colleagues who deliver services to our schools on a 52 week per year basis. The team regularly work in a flexible way, co-locating with the schools as needed to provide them with expert support.
