Junior ICT Technician

Callington Community College · Callington · Cornwall

Job description

About this Role - Junior ICT Support Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cornwall Cluster of Westcountry Schools Trust at a time of great transition. You will support the use of ICT within the school environment through maintenance of ICT software, hardware and related equipment, and providing support to staff and pupils to ensure administration and learning outcomes are maximised, whilst performing a pivotal role in the ICT journey the Trust is embarking upon.

The Trust is a multi-academy trust of 31 schools, currently employing approximately 2,500 staff and growing. We are a dynamic organisation holding our students and staff at our heart. Our values guide our approach to everything we do.

WeST holds a firm belief in giving each child every opportunity to learn and succeed in all that they do. Whilst we are a united family of schools who share common values and beliefs, all our schools are unique and hold their own identity. We believe that by working collectively, sharing what works well and jointly developing best practice across teaching and professional services we are stronger together and can provide the very best education for our children. We are proud of our schools, staff and children, and thrive on the constant challenge to do better.

Working for the Trust includes some key benefits, please see our website for full details.
