Intervention and Inclusion Room Manager

The Holmesdale School are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, dedicated, and skilled Intervention and Inclusion Room Manager to join our school support team.

This role is to lead, manage, and coordinate varying levels of targeted behaviour intervention and support for students requiring assistance to improve their behaviour, while rigorously monitoring and communicating their overall behaviour, attendance, and academic progress within a designated community.

This role includes the following responsibilities:

• Pastoral care and academic progress of students across the Communities
• Leading on a variety of interventions to support students in accessing the curriculum
• Managing and lead the Inclusion Room ensuring that appropriate tone and discipline is maintained.
• Contributing to progress by managing student behaviour to ensure that all work is completed.
• Work closely with families to support the reintegration of students following suspensions
