Job description

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly organised individual to join our team as the welcoming face of our school. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent support to pupils, families, visitors, and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and administrative skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and enjoy managing a varied workload in a busy school environment. Previous school experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

We are seeking someone who is approachable, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Most importantly, we want someone who is committed to supporting our whole school community and helping to create a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Hours: 20 per week

Working Weeks: 38 weeks per year (Term time only)

Paid weeks: 43.699 per year (includes holiday entitlement)

Rate of pay: £25,721.00 (actual salary of £11,651.76)

Contract: Permanent variable
